One thing that may cause concern for a homeowner is securing a permit to install a Boxx office pod in your backyard. We are here to say, don’t let this step worry you. We highly encourage you to check with your local permit authorities. Your building department is there to help you, not hinder you with your home and property needs. The basic rule for success is to follow the rules! Some areas may not require building permits for structures under 200 sq. ft.  Sometimes, an electrical permit may be all you need.

The process is pretty straightforward because you are only adding electrical wiring and internet, not plumbing. We can help prepare the plot plan and any unsealed drawings, or information you or your contractors might need to provide to your building department to pull a permit.
