The Model G She Shed Living Edition is the first design with our new partner, She Shed Living. The designers of She Shed Living added their design expertise to help Boxx create our version of a She Shed. This space is perfect for work, play, or escaping a busy household. Lots of interior design zones and furniture suggestions are a part of this collaboration. Starting at $24,000.

  • We are delighted to introduce Sabrina Contreras and Erika Kotite, co-founders of She Shed Living, who partnered with Boxx to design a studio with all the comforts and stylish elements of a she shed. With Boxx's Model G studio, we offer traditional design touches like French doors, double-hung windows with mullions, shutters and window boxes, and finished with a classic cupola on the rooftop. You can add any of these special touches to make this she shed studio your own. And while we think the Model G is appealing for women, it's customizable to suit anyone yearning for a space of their own!

  • Base Price for Model G She Shed Living Edition: 10’x12"’ starts at $24,000, delivery is not included.

    The Base Price includes:

    • A complete kit of curated materials including precision prefabricated SIPs, Pella windows and doors, all interior and exterior finishes, flooring, roofing, lighting, and electrical, cooling and heating systems. All Boxx materials will be delivered to your site.

    • A thorough design process to help you customize your Boxx.

    • Assistance with permitting and foundation design.

    • Boxx will act as your Owners Representative helping you and your contractor assemble your Boxx (including site visits).

    Not included:

    • Foundation and deck framing.

    • Electrical distribution and internet from your home.

    • Locally provided labor to assemble your Boxx.

    • Shipping costs to your site.
